School reports are issued bi-annually and will be distributed in June and December each year. Class meetings for parents are held in the 3rd week of the school year so that teachers may inform parents of their program and classroom routines. Formal parent/teacher interviews will be held in February. Teachers are available to discuss student’s progress by appointment at other times during the year if requested.
School operates from Monday to Friday, commencing at 9:00am and finishing at 3:00pm. The children have a morning break time and a lunch break each day.
Lunches may be ordered through school from our outside caterers. There are many choices of healthy meals available to the students each day. The children are required to indicate the meal of their choice on the order form every two weeks and return it to the office with their payment. The cost is from Rp 12,000 to Rp 15.000 (depend on the meal choices). Fruit is available at snack time however the children may bring their own snack to school each day for break time. (Please, healthy food only and no candy, lollies, sweets, coke or fanta etc!)
A school bus service is in operation and available dependent on the numbers of students and demand within specific areas. Please check with the Principal to ensure that your child has transport to and from the school on a daily basis. The current bus services available are Nusa Dua, and Seminyak, and Sanur.
